Chicken & Asparagus Rolls

I saw this in a magazine and it looked so yummy I had to try it. It really was delicious, if you like asparagus.....turns out I'm not a big fan. Next time I make it I'd probably only put 1 or 2 spears in or leave it out all together. The pepperoni, cheese and sauce were very good all on their own.

Chicken & Asparagus Rolls
4 Chicken Breasts - pounded to 1/4"
20 Small Slices Pepperoni
4 Slices Provolone Cheese
12 Asparagus Spears - trimmed
1C Pasta Sauce (5 Cheese or Tomato & Basil)
1/4C Grated Parmesan Cheese

Place 5 pepperoni slices, 1 slice of cheese and 3 asparagus spears in center of each pounded chicken breast. Roll and secure with toothpicks

Place 1/2C pasta sauce in bottom of 13x9. Place chicken rolls toothpick down on sauce. Top with remaining pasta sauce and grated parmesan cheese. Bake @ 350* for 35-40 minutes.
